About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Psychologist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with NDIS participants of all ages, supporting them in managing their mental health and achieving their personal goals. You will provide assessment, intervention, and therapy services tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies to support clients’ mental health and well-being.
- Provide therapeutic support for a range of psychological conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, caregivers, and support workers to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with NDIS requirements.
- Offer psychoeducation to clients and their support networks to enhance coping strategies and resilience.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and contribute to collaborative care planning.
- Produce progress reports and documentations to assist with Plan Reassessment

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Psychologist.
✅ Tertiary qualification in Psychology.
✅ Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
✅ Experience with NDIS participants (preferred but not essential).
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and families.
✅ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
✅ Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
✅ ABN, Professional Indemnity, and Public Liability Insurance.
✅ Reliable transport and willingness to travel for client visits (if required).

- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
- Develop and implement personalised therapy plans tailored to individual NDIS goals.
- Provide evidence-based intervention for communication difficulties, including speech delays, articulation, fluency, voice disorders, and alternative communication methods.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, caregivers, and support workers to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with NDIS requirements.
