Canberra is well known for its national attractions. Our first port of call was the war memorial, which is Australia’s national memorial to the members of its armed forces and supporting organizations who have died or participated in wars involving the Commonwealth of Australia and some conflicts involving personnel from the Australian colonies before the Federation. We learned a lot about Australian history and paid our respect to the Australian soldiers who are no longer with us.
From there we headed down to the parliament house which is the meeting place of the Parliament of Australia, and the seat of the legislative branch of the Australian Government. It was quite an iconic building to behold.
Our clients and workers were not left out in the fun as they indulged in food preparation, household tasks performance as well as shopping. The climax of the fun took sleep off our eyes for a couple of days because we had a greater part of the night playing pool and board games, and even watched horror movies all night till we eventually fell asleep.
