National Disability and Mental Health Services (NDMHS) have a team of culturally diverse Support Workers with a range of professional and personal experience so we can find the worker that’s right for you!

All our Support Workers have been professionally trained to provide person-centred service delivery to our clients. Our in-house methods involve a strengths-based approach. So what does this mean exactly? This means we see YOU!!! We see you as a person, we see you as an individual. We pride ourselves on focusing on a client’s strengths and abilities and working within their constraints to build resilience and increase capacity socially as well as in the home environment.

We focus on empowerment, empathy, acceptance and high-quality, person-centred service provision.

Your Support Coordinator will work closely with you to find the Support Worker that suits you best! We will look at your future goals, aspirations and personal interests and match that with one of our friendly team members. Your Support Worker will be crucial in your recovery and NDIS journey so we want you to be happy.

Our Team of Support Workers provide these services and much more!

NDIS understands community plays an important role in all aspects of our lives. Being a part of a community can make us feel as though we belong to something bigger than ourselves and it gives us the opportunity to connect with people. We understand often when people are unwell or have limited capacity they may withdraw from the community and the thought of engaging again can be quite overwhelming. Let your Support Worker guide and strengthen you to become an active member in the community again in a way that’s meaningful for you.
